Juicy green smoothie recipe for your Green Mondays!
If you are one of us, who starts to diet every Monday, here is a perfect recipe for you:)! Like every Monday for some time now, we spend it GREEN. We did that yesterday as well. We started the day with a very green smoothie, chose baked vegetables, potatoes and salad for lunch, continued with some broccoli soup and crackers and finished it with another salad.
If you however, prepare this smoothie on a daily basis, you can watch the pounds come off without no fuss:)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- A perfect blender JTC OmniBlend V (TM-800)
- Delicious ingredients
JUICY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 orange.
Blend well and enjoy!

In the video below Thelma used water instead of yogurt, pineapple instead of strawberries and the tangerine instead of the orange! You can also ad some seeds or other healthy supplements to make your smoothie even healthier:):)
Again, we have to point out how strong this OmniBlend is. When Thelma just wanted to use the temper stick to push down the ingredients, the strong knife blended big pieces of fruit without her “help”. She was too quick! She should have trusted the blender!!!! The smoothie was delicious of course:)
